"Employer" refers to companies seeking to hire through our sourcing services. "User" refers to anyone accessing the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities under your account.

Employers agree to use talent data solely for legitimate hiring purposes, not share contact information with unauthorized parties, and comply with applicable employment and privacy laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
